Health forms for Alumni Week 2014. We look forward to seeing you at Camp Wilderness this summer for our Alumni Week. If you attend please plan in advance for your health form. If you come for the day there is no need for a health form. If you come for the day and take part in any strenuous activities you need parts AB and C. If you spend the night(s) you need parts AB and C. Summer camp is a "residence" camp as defined by National (std 503) lasting over 72 hours. It is the length of the camp that determines your need for a health form not the length of your stay. Please plan in advance and have your health form ready.
